I am well-versed in a complete range of equipment, such as Aerobic (Stairmaster, treadmills, running machines, cross-country skiing, bicycles, Lifecycle and VersaClimber), Free weights, Universal, Eagle, and Nautilus. I have designed personal fitness programs for clients from ages 18 to 80, even working successfully with individuals required by their doctors to lose 100 pounds or more. My skill, rapport, and results have led many of my existing clients to introduce me to their friends, whom I have taken on as new clients.
